- Invitations are easy to deal with, since there are bookstores, card shops and craft stores that sell ready-made colorful invitations with dinosaur designs. All you need to do is fill in the necessary information and place the invites in their envelopes. If you want a more creative invitation, you can draw your own dinosaur invites. To add a creative touch, use two half-moon shapes that look like prehistoric eggs for your envelope. When the receiver pulls them apart, a baby dinosaur is inside.
- For your decorations, get large cardboard boxes and paint different kinds of dinosaurs on them, such as a T-Rex, pterodactyl, triceratops and brontosaurus. If you have time, make a huge backdrop that shows these creatures in their natural habitat.
- You can also get creative with the food at your dinosaur party. For example, instead of serving the usual snacks, make Dinosaur Egg in a Nest (grapes or cherry tomatoes placed on top of shredded lettuce), Dino Dogs (hot dogs complete with fixings) and Monster Mash (raisins, peanuts and gummy insects mixed together). For the cake, use green icing to draw a dinosaur on the top.
- For the party activities, devise fun games such as a dino relay or dinosaur egg hunt. Just make sure you have an adequate area for these games, or the kids might have a difficult time.
- Kiddie parties are never complete without goody loot bags. Before each guest goes home, give them a loot bag filled with dinosaur treats, such as dinosaur action figures, pencils with dinosaur designs, and candy dinosaur eggs.

Dinosaur parties never fail. Most kids are always into dinosaurs. My kid can’t get enough of them! Thanks for the idea. I’ll have this one set up someday/
